Gender Affirming Hormone Care | Planned Parenthood

We offer gender affirming hormone care as well as preventative sexual health care services, that include: cancer screening, wellness education, STD testing and treatment, HIV testing, PrEP, annual exams, pregnancy testing, vasectomies, birth control, emergency contraception, abortion care and more. Our Bend, NE Portland, Milwaukie, Salem, and SE Portland health centers can provide written prescriptions for a variety of feminizing and masculinizing medications for patients to fill at their pharmacy of choice. We offer hormones through a low-barrier “informed consent” model; in most cases we don’t require a referral from another doctor or a letter from a mental health provider.

TransLife Center | Chicago House 

Our TLC program exists to provide free healthcare and social services to vulnerable individuals who identify themselves as trans, non-binary, or gender expansive. Our programs offer support for housing, legal, medical, sexual health, and employment. We offer three resource drop-in centers on the north, south and west sides of Chicago and provide access to on-site healthcare providers, sexual health screeners, legal counsel, case managers, and employment services. The drop-in centers give individuals an immediate response to their current needs. The TLC is designed to provide the most essential support to the trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive communities.
